Legal
Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what information C3GEEK collects through this website, how we use it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
Information we collect
We collect information only when you choose to share it with us. This website uses forms to let you contact us and request a consultation. Depending on the form, we may collect:
- Your name and work email address (required on all forms).
- Your organization and role (optional).
- Your country, service of interest and message (optional on the contact form; we collect only what you enter).
- On the booking form: your preferred date and time, the practice or topic you would like to discuss, and any context you choose to add.
We do not collect payment information, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information through these forms. Please do not include confidential or regulated information in a message; share it only after an engagement has begun under a signed agreement.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry. In practice this means:
- Replying to you by email about the question, service or consultation you asked about.
- Confirming, scheduling or rescheduling a consultation you requested.
- Keeping an internal record of the correspondence so we can follow up appropriately.
We do not sell your information, we do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not use form submissions to profile you or send unrelated promotions. If we later want to contact you about something other than your enquiry, we will ask first.
Email delivery through a third-party service
When you submit a form, our website sends the enquiry to us through a third-party email delivery service. This is how your message reaches our team and how our confirmation email reaches you. The service processes the message content (including your name and email address) for the purpose of delivering that email. We keep the service configuration limited to what is needed to deliver our own correspondence.
Analytics and tracking
Our website does not include analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking technologies. We do not set advertising cookies. If you access a private administrative area of the site, a strictly necessary sign-in session is stored so that area remains secured — this is functional, not tracking.
Data retention
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence. Booking requests are kept as long as needed to manage the scheduled conversation. If you later become a client, information relevant to the engagement is kept in accordance with the terms of that engagement. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.
How to request access or deletion
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@c3geek.com with your request and we will respond personally. We may keep minimal records where required for security, legal or contractual reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to the information we hold, including access limited to the C3GEEK team. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive material through the website forms.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and revise the date below. The version on this page is the version that applies.
Last updated: October 2026.
